1. 市场营销、广告学专业大专,本科学历,五年以上市场营销或互联网企业相关岗位工作经验;

2. 具有广告公司的客户管理及品牌策划经验,具备良好的计划、沟通及协调能力,很强的组织意识和影响力;

3. 熟悉媒体资源,良好的客户群体关系;

4. 善于与人沟通,富有团队合作精神,并具有一定的领导能力;做事认真负责,逻辑分析思考能力强,市场触觉、敏感度高,处理事情细心、冷静;工作责任心强,能承受较大工作压力,能够不断挑战自我。

Dealmoon is looking for business development professionals for our offices in Union City, CA. The ideal candidate has to command English and Chinese to professional level, and has obtained at least 5 years of relevant advertisement selling experience at online/offline media company in USA. This position will play a key role in growing our business with Chinese merchants in USA.


  • Develop and implement sales strategies, methodologies and processes to drive business growth.
  • Provide feedback to Company and department leadership on sales related topics.
  • Provide internal business process improvement suggestion.
  • Discover and explore new business opportunities, develop new partnerships.
  • Optimize relationships with current key clients and explore further opportunity to make the Company gets the best ROI from all relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong client-direct relationships through exceptional customer service, integrity and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and leverage internal and external resources to facilitate the project.


  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese to professional level.
  • Above 5 years of relevant advertisement selling experience at online/offline media company in USA.
  • Familiar with online marketing of new media including Weibo/WeChat and so on.
  • Proven track record achieving sales goals and managing advertising opportunities from prospect to signing
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
